Terms Light Terms Dark # Terms of Service *Last updated: December 2025* Welcome to Blindly.\ By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using Blindly. *** # 1. Eligibility To use Blindly, you must: * Be **18 years or older**. * Be legally permitted to use a dating service in your country. * Create an account using true, accurate information. * Not be previously banned from Blindly. *** # 2. Your Account Responsibilities You agree to: * Keep your login credentials confidential * Use Blindly for personal, non-commercial purposes * Provide accurate profile information * Not impersonate anyone * Not create multiple accounts without permission You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. *** # 3. Identity Verification Blindly uses government ID + liveness checks to ensure safety. By using the app, you consent to: * Submitting verification data * Allowing us to confirm authenticity * Undergoing re-verification if suspicious activity occurs We do not display or share your verification data with other users. *** # 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: * Harass, threaten, or abuse any user * Send spam or automated messages * Upload harmful or illegal content * Attempt to access other users’ hidden photos * Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app * Use Blindly while operating bots, scrapers, or automation tools Any violation may result in immediate suspension or bans. *** # 5. User Content Your content includes: * Bios * Posts * Photos * Chat messages * Personality responses * Symbols, themes, and interactions You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Blindly a limited license to: * Store, process, and display it within the platform * Use it to operate core app features * Analyze non-identifiable patterns to improve recommendations We will **never** sell your content or use private chat messages for public AI training. *** # 6. Photo Reveal & Rating System Blindly’s reveal workflow relies on **mutual consent**: * Photos remain encrypted until both users accept reveal * You may not screenshot, record, or share revealed images * You may not coerce a user to reveal * The 0–10 post-reveal rating is private and only used for matchmaking Violation of photo privacy rules may result in permanent account bans. *** # 7. AI Features Blindly offers AI-assisted features such as: * Bio generation * Chat suggestions * Image cleanup * Match recommendations * Virtual AI companion AI outputs: * Are optional * Are clearly labeled * Do not replace or impersonate human users You may not use AI tools in ways that cause harm or manipulate others. *** # 8. Social Feed Rules Blindly includes a social discovery feed with hidden identities. You may not post: * Hate speech * Discriminatory content * Sexual content involving minors * Graphic violence * Personal information of others * Misleading or malicious content Blindly may remove posts or restrict accounts that violate these rules. *** # 9. Safety & Reporting Blindly implements: * Identity verification * Liveness checks * Behavior monitoring * Bot detection * Manual review Users can report harmful or suspicious behavior.\ We may take actions including: * Hiding content * Temporary restrictions * Account termination * Reporting to law enforcement (when required) *** # 10. Termination We reserve the right to: * Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion * Remove content that violates policies * Restrict access during investigations You may delete your account at any time.\ Upon deletion, data retention rules follow the Privacy Policy. *** # 11. Subscription & Payments (if applicable) Some features may be offered as paid services. By purchasing, you agree to: * Pay associated fees * Understand that subscription charges may recur * Manage your subscription through the app store Refunds follow the policies of the platform (Apple/Google), not Blindly directly. *** # 12. Intellectual Property Blindly owns: * Branding * Logos * UI components * Designs * Algorithms * AI systems * Code, features, and platform experience You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute these assets. *** # 13. Disclaimers Blindly does **not** guarantee: * Successful matches * Quality or intentions of other users * Accuracy of user profiles * Continuous uptime or error-free service Use Blindly at your own discretion and risk. *** # 14. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law: * Blindly is not liable for damages arising from misuse, user interactions, or offline meetups * Blindly’s liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for premium features *** # 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms to reflect new features or laws.\ Significant updates will be notified in-app. Continued use of Blindly means you accept the updated Terms. *** # 16.
